Drivetrain Components

We supply new axles, transmissions and torque converters to a wide range of markets for a variety of uses – agriculture, construction, cranes, material handling, mining, harbour equipment, marine applications, lift trucks, aircraft ground support, agriculture, telehandlers, and military vehicles.

The Drivetrain Division is housed in a 6000 m² workshop with a dedicated stripping bay and ten work bays, of which are serviced by overhead cranes.

A test bay with an axle test bench and another with two dynamometer test benches conduct tests on completed transmission repairs.

Over the past TEN YEARS the HERS drivetrain team has proven to be a leading repairer of other drivetrain components, such as Epiroc, Sandvic, AARD, GHH, to name a few.

With our modern drivetrain test bench, we are able to reduce operational costs for our customers by repairing and refurbishing equipment to OEM specifications.

HERS carry the largest stock holding of spares, service exchange units, to increase production up-time losses.
