When equipment fails, every hour matters. HERS’ Service Exchange Program provides immediate access to expertly refurbished components, ready for installation and minimal downtime.

Here’s how it works:
• Immediate replacement – A fully refurbished service exchange component is supplied from our stocked inventory.
• Your unit is assessed – Your removed component is stripped, assessed, and quoted to be restored to OEM standards using genuine parts.
• Cost & Ownership – By accepting a service exchange unit, you agree to the cost of restoring your returned component.
  • If repairable, the quoted repair cost applies.
  • If deemed, beyond economical repair (BER), the replacement cost applies.
• Once the account is settled, the supplied service exchange unit becomes your property, and the repaired or replaced component becomes HERS stock.
