Hydraulics Mobile Machinery

We design, manufacture, refurbish and repair a range of hydraulic cylinders for customers in the mining, off-highway, construction, material handling, plant hire, steel, airport and harbour markets.

HERS uses the latest Autodesk Inventor CAD software to model hydraulic cylinders. This ensures that all components function and fit perfectly prior to any manufacture taking place.

All components are machined according to international ISO tolerance tables. Workshop personnel have individual sets of measuring equipment that are calibrated regularly to meet the requirements of our ISO 9001:2015 accreditation and audited by Bureau Veritas Certification.

All cylinders are tested on a hydraulic test bench.

To strengthen our hydraulic offering, we recently added a capability to service and repair drifters, rotary actuators and impact hammers as well.
