Hydraulic Mobile Machinery

We design, manufacture, refurbish and repair a range of hydraulic cylinders for customers in the mining, off-highway, construction, material handling, industrial sites, processing airport and harbour markets.

At HERS, we leverage the latest SOLIDWORKS CAD software to model hydraulic cylinders and other components. By simulating every component digitally, we ensure flawless functionality and perfect fit before manufacturing begins. This approach minimizes errors, reduces costs, and guarantees that the final product meets the highest standards of engineering excellence.

All components are machined to design tolerances which are derived from a comprehensive R&D process. HERS has a dedicated QC department which is responsible for measuring equipment that are calibrated regularly to meet the requirements of our ISO 9001:2015 accreditation and audited by SANCERT.

All cylinders are tested on a hydraulic test bench.

To strengthen our hydraulic offering, we recently added a capability to service and repair drifters, rotary actuators and impact hammers as well.
