When equipment fails, every hour counts. That’s why HERS offers a service exchange program — giving you immediate access to expertly refurbished components, ready for installation.
Here’s how it works:
- Immediate replacement – We supply you with a fully refurbished service exchange component from our stocked inventory.
- Your unit is assessed – Once we receive your old component, we strip, assess, and quote to repair it back to OEM standards using OEM parts.
- Ownership & cost responsibility – By accepting a service exchange unit, you agree to cover the cost of restoring your returned component.
- If the unit is repairable, you pay the quoted repair cost.
- If the unit is found to be beyond economical repair (BER), you become liable for the replacement cost instead.
- Once settled, your repaired or replaced unit becomes HERS stock, and our supplied unit becomes your property.
