We use the latest Autodesk Inventor CAD software to model hydraulic cylinders. This ensures that all components function and fit perfectly prior to any manufacture taking place.

All components are machined according to international ISO tolerances tables. Workshop personnel have individual sets of measuring equipment that are calibrated regularly to meet the requirements of our ISO 9001:2015 accreditation and audited by Bureau Veritas Certification.

All units are stripped, assessed and quoted within three working days from the units arriving at our premises.

We have the skills and experience to repair and refurbish any type of hydraulic cylinder. We have solid experience in repairing the following brand names:

All cylinders are tested on a hydraulic test bench:

• The test capacity is from 0 MPa to 60 MPa
• The oil is heated to the appropriate testing temperature
• The test bench allows for timed automated stroking of the cylinders
• All cylinders are inspected for internal pressure bypass
• All cylinders are externally inspected under pressure for oil leakage

We are able to carry out general precision engineering tasks including producing CNC manufactured components.
